Jack Pine has been blowing glass for over 20 years. His work is featured in galleries and museums across the country. His unique style and designs are derived by layering colored enamels and precious metals that create unique, organic and vibrant pieces. Jack was born and raised in Circleville, a tiny town in Central Ohio which is home to the world’s largest pumpkin show every October. These roots inspired him to perfect the glass pumpkin, displayed in fine homes and exclusive gift shops around the world, and featured at the Circleville Pumpkin Show. He studied under scholarship at Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD). After a tour of duty in Germany with the U.S. Army, Jack obtained his degree in Fine Arts from CCAD. He headed out West, where he mastered his technique in Seattle and Denver before starting his own studio. After living in Colorado for more than 15 years, Jack relocated his studio to Columbus, Ohio. In 2017, he opened his new studio south of Columbus in Hocking Hills, Ohio.
